What is 19k white gold?
19K white gold is a premium gold alloy used in custom jewellery. It is more durable and more resistant to oxidizing than other white gold alloys thus avoiding the need for rhodium plating which can wear off over time.
Ring sizing
We highly recommend that you have your finger size determined professionally as some rings are not resizable. Full eternity rings cannot be resized, but 3/4 eternity rings can be.
Appraisal
Third party appraisal is included for you to insure your ring before wear, as warranty is not provided in the case of fine jewellery.
Production and Timeline
Our rings are made to order. They are made in Vancouver, Canada by Canadians. Once the order is placed, production will take 3-4 weeks. Please contact us if you need the ring sooner; rush fee can be added during checkout.
Exchange/Return Policy
All engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made to order and are therefore non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
